INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE REFRESHMENT WITH ORANGE AND CREAM (FOR 4 PEOPLE):
- 200 g of cocoa tea rings (cookies)
- 2 tablespoons of softened butter
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 100 ml of sour cream
- 2 large or 3 small oranges
- gelatine
Preparation:
- Grind chocolate tea rings with butter, a tablespoon of powdered sugar and a few drops of milk. The mixture must be compact and sticky.
- Place the mixture in a small cake tin lined with baking paper (I used 32 cm x 8 cm) and flatten it with your hands.
- Whip the whipping cream, and when it is done, lightly whip the sour cream with a spoon in it.
- Pour the cream on the cooled biscuit and leave in the fridge.
- Peel oranges, grate it and boil it lightly with the gelatine and sugar (according to the instructions on the gelatine). Leave to cool and finally pour over the cake and store in the fridge for about an hour to squeeze.
