Ingredients for Dill sauce
- few fresh dill twigs
- 40 g butter
- 40 g of flour
- half liter of milk
1. Put the pot on heat, add butter and heat until it’s start melting, then put the flour on it and stir a little bit.
2. Pour out the warm milk (or it can be just at room temperature) and chopped dill twigs.
3. Stir until sauce get thicken.
4. If you want it, you can add salt and few drops of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Dill sauce is great with cooked meat or baked potatoes.
