Ingredients for Miracle cake with one egg

• 1 cup of ground walnuts
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• half a cup of oil (or melted butter)
• 1 egg
• half a packet of baking powder

BISCUIT: mix 1 egg with 1 cup of sugar. Add flour and half of baking powder, keep mixing while adding 1 cup of milk, half cup of oil and one cup of milled walnuts. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for half an hour.
CREAM: mix 1 dcl of milk with 3 spoons of sugar and vanilla pudding powder. Put on heat 2 dcl of milk, and when start to boil, take it out of heat and mix it with the mixture of milk, sugar and vanilla. Leave it to cool down and then mix it with 20 dkg of butter.
