Ingredients for ‘Potatoes with eggs’ (for 2 persons)
- 4 potatoes
- 4 eggs
- oil
Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and chop them on thin slices.
2. Place them into the pan and fry them on little bit of oil.
3. Mix eggs in a bowl with the fork and pour them over potatoes, and fry a little bit more, until eggs are done.
