Quiche with asparagus, champignons and pine nuts

Ingredients for Quiche with asparagus, champignons and pine nuts (for two persons):


  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of cold butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 big spoon of kajmak (similar to clotted cream)
  • 1/2 small spoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt


  • 250 g of asparagus
  • 4 champignons
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 of onion
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 big spoon of kajmak
  • 1 big spoon of flour
  • little bit of pine nuts

1. Grade the butter and mix it with your hands with all other ingredients for dough, untill it gets smooth.
2. Roll out the dough equaly in round baking tray (diameter cca 27 cm), and stab it a little bit with fork.
3. Put it in the oven on 200°, and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Untill the dough is in the oven, saute onion with champignons, asparagus, zucchini and pine nuts.
5. When they get soften, take them from the heat and mix them with other ingredients for stuffing.
6. After 20 minutes, take the dough from the oven, and put the stuffing on it.
7. Put it again in the oven, and bake all together for more 20 minutes.

Cut it on triangles, and on each piece put a little bit of kajmak and pine nuts.
