Ingredients for Tarana – soup pasta:
- 1 egg
- 130 g of semolina
1. Stir one egg in a bowl with fork, and mix it while you slowly adding semolina.
2. After you add all semolina, mix the dough with your hands. Dough must be very hard, because you must to be able to grate it.
3. Take the dough and grate it on clean kitchen towel, using shredder.
4. Left it to dry for 24 hours.
5. You can keep it in plastic pot or in a jar for 15 days.
6. Use it in soups, it takes around 10 minutes to be cooked.
